Reiki Master & Certified Life Coach

DSC08708

I have been a licensed LMT since 2006 & opened Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy & Bodywork LLC in 2011. In 2021 I expanded the massage practice into Intuitive Wellness Center & in 2024 Opened Pawsitive Barbell Club!

I graduated from NHTI in 2005 with my Associates degree in Human Services-Mental Health. I then pursued my degree in Massage Therapy at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, graduating in 2006. I am a Usui & Shamballa Reiki Master, certified in Massage Cupping™,  Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™, Canine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapy, Certified Life Coach, Certified Sport Nutritionist & USAW L2 Coach.

My goal is to work with you in solving muscular issues, as well as achieving a state of relaxation & peace at the same time. I believe your body heals through multiple means of care, not just massage. Which is why I coach & incorporate so many certifications into my practice.

I love to find humorous ways to make my clients laugh & smile; laughter can be the best medicine! I love to help people improve their wellbeing & aim to serve my community through bodywork & coaching!

When I am not working, I train & compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, I enjoy gardening, playing with my dogs & spending time with my husband!

Cassie Harmon, LMT

fam2021_

Hi! My names Cassie and in the 14 years of being an LMT, I’ve not only grown into a confident therapist, but an even better person. I take pride in my knowledge, and love creating a plan with each individual that receives my bodywork. If you are on my table, I will always do my best to create a safe, relaxing and therapeutic experience. I would describe my style of bodywork to be a mix of relaxation and deeper/therapeutic techniques. Most of my life, I’ve experienced chronic headaches and within the last 5 years, I’ve been able to receive a variety of different types of bodywork that I can now incorporate into my bodywork sessions, that I feel my clients will benefit from. If you love a good neck/scalp massage, I’m your gal! I feel incredibly blessed to love my profession, and i feel confident that my clients can feel that too!

When I am not massaging, I am spending quality time with my beautiful family, reading a book, tending/adding to my plants, receiving bodywork for myself, walking my dog and connecting with my friends.

I love connecting with people and I look forward to working with you!

Dayna Murray, LMT & Reiki Practitioner

Dayna has been a massage therapist and part of the Intuitive Touch family since 2019. She is a wife, a mother of three sons, and has a deep love for animals. She has cats and a German shepherd who bring an enormous amount of joy to her life. She enjoys spending time with her family & pets, reading, and watching documentaries.
As a compassionate massage therapist, Dayna focuses on providing a calming and restorative experience, based on the needs of the client. Her approach is centered on more soothing, therapeutic techniques that promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. She believes in the healing power of touch and uses methods that allow the body to unwind naturally. Dayna offers massage therapy that prioritizes comfort and relaxation and is ideal for those seeking relief from daily stress who want to unwind but still release unwanted tension. Her nurturing techniques help calm the mind and body so that clients leave refreshed and revitalized. “My goal is to provide a space where you can release tension and reconnect with your natural sense of wellbeing”. Dayna’s massage is designed to nurture the body without causing discomfort and is a more subtle yet effective approach, a perfect balance of care and comfort.

Amanda Demers, LMT

I graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2018 and have been a LMT ever since! I have been with Intuitive Touch Massage for the past three and half years and have loved growing both as a therapist and as a person in whole. I take pride in giving my clients the massage they want based on what their goals and needs are! Whether it’s a relaxing massage or a therapeutic massage, my goal is to help them feel better than when they did when they walked into our office. I would say my style has combinations of trigger point therapy and deep tissue therapy with relaxation. I use my intuition and knowledge when it comes to what the muscles and tissue need.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outside by the beach/lake, playing with our cat, reading a book or spending time with my husband!

Lou Schuller LMT

Whether your need is for pain relief, stress reduction or regular health maintenance, Lou is here to help you feel better and more balanced in your everyday life. The type of massage you receive is determined by a number of factors including your general health, specific conditions, or even the mood you’re in that day. Lou loves blending a wide range of modalities to help you in your present condition.

Having graduated in 1998 from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, she brings 25 years of experience. Lou is deeply committed to her work and values every person who comes for a massage. She listens carefully to what people have to say and what their bodies are telling her. Then she lets that information guide her hands to produce the desired effects of a highly satisfying massage experience. In addition to massage, she is passionate about growing food in her “edible yard” and playing with her grandsons. In between planting crops or flowers, Lou hosts guests in my yome (part yurt, part dome). It’s a lovely set up for finding balance and pleasure in both work and play.

Kristin Ingold LMT

From the day I took my first Reiki course in 2002, I knew my calling was to pursue the healing arts. I went on to graduate from the World School of Massage in California in 2006 so I could begin to practice professionally. I love helping people feel good! It is so important to be heard, seen and held in a safe space; for our bodies and minds to feel ease and calm.  With  a background in massage, craniosacral therapy and energy work, I offer gentle yet potent sessions that are  focused on calming your nervous system,  providing you with the opportunity to slow down, unwind and reset.  In addition to practicing bodywork, I am also an avid gardener, companion caregiver, nanny and lead community song circles.

Helaina Sacco LMT

I recently graduated from the Northeastern Institute of Whole Health in June 2024. I was a competitive swimmer at the University of Maine, pursued my master’s degree overseas in the UK at Loughborough University and then spent a decade working and coaching in collegiate athletics.

I love working with athletes and clients who are looking to problem solve muscular issues or enhance their ability to live life to the fullest. By being present in our bodies, massage therapy helps us recognize and work through imbalances. As a former athlete and coach, I believe that massage therapy is an excellent way to help counteract many of the stresses we place on our bodies in order to increase longevity and improve performance in any activity.

I am excited to be joining the team here and to continue learning and growing my skill set through different techniques and modalities.

Susanne Grenier LMT

I grew up in Massachusetts and spent a lot of time throughout high school and college practicing dance, yoga and Pilates. I received an undergraduate degree in public health from UMass Amherst in 2015, and in 2018 I graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy.

Through my 20s I experimented with various jobs, always with the common thread that I wanted to do work that helps people. I believe that helping people feel more grounded and comfortable in their bodies through massage therapy has revealed itself as what comes most naturally to me.

I am passionate about the role that massage has in helping clients to maintain mobility to continue to perform hobbies and activities that bring them joy. I also believe it is incredibly beneficial for our mental health to spend time receiving bodywork!

My style is both relaxing and therapeutic, I love working slowly to do targeted deep tissue work and using relaxing, broad strokes to keep the breath moving and the nervous system relaxed.
