Meet The Staff

Stephanie Jefferson, LMT, CNS

Reiki Master & Certified Life Coach

meI have been a licensed LMT since 2006 & opened Intuitive Touch Massage Therapy & Bodywork LLC in 2011.

I graduated from NHTI in 2005 with my Associates degree in Human Services-Mental Health. I then pursued my degree in Massage Therapy at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, graduating in 2006. I love doing deep tissue work! I am a Usui & Shamballa Reiki Master, certified in Massage Cupping™,  Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy™, Canine Myo-Manipulative Functional Therapy, Certified Life Coach & Certified Sport Nutritionist.

My goal is to work with you in solving muscular issues, as well as achieving a state of relaxation & peace at the same time. I believe your body heals through multiple means of care, not just massage. Which is why I coach & incorporate so many certifications into my practice.

I love to find humorous ways to make my clients laugh & smile; laughter can be the best medicine! Together we can solve everything from relieving stress to conquering muscular issues you have had for years. I am deeply passionate about my work. I love to help people improve their wellness & believe my life’s purpose is to serve my community through bodywork & coaching!

When I am not working, I train & compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, I enjoy gardening, playing with my dogs & spending time with my husband!

I am confident in my bodywork and that you will leave your session feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I believe that therapeutic bodywork compliments a healthy lifestyle and I love helping people achieve just that!

When I am not helping people with their health, I am filling my cup with self-care, quality family time, enjoying the outdoors/sunshine, and I’ve found a new love of reading towards my personal development! I love people and I can’t wait to connect with you.

I have been part of the team at intuitive touch since 2015. I am a very hard worker, family oriented, I take a lot of pride in my work, and strive to make a difference in other people’s lives.

I love being a massage therapist and my style of work could best be summed up as a wonderful blend of therapeutic and relaxing bodywork.  I am very thoughtful and cater each session to the individual’s needs whether that be needing to use very deep pressure or being as light as can be to provide a highly relaxing experience.

For the past few years, I have been a stay at home mother, currently of three boys and three cats.

In 2017, I decided that I couldn’t go back to working a job I didn’t truly find fulfilling. I finally decided to live my dream of becoming a massage therapist and graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in August of 2019.

I strive to provide my clients with treatments that will optimize their well being through mind, body, and spirit. To achieve this, I am a firm believer that communication during massage is paramount. I feel that this career path is one that I can enjoy daily by helping clients to feel comfortable and de-stress; I am fulfilled by helping others, this is my passion. My goal is to continuously further my education in massage to provide the best possible experience for my clients.

Chelsea Payer, LMT & Esthetician

I graduated from Laird Institute of Spa Therapy and  have been a LMT since 2019. I’m extremely passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and truly believe that massage therapy goes hand and hand with our overall health and well-being. Every massage is customized and based on my clients needs or specific goals.  Although I am well practiced in several popular massage styles, it will always be my mission to continue my education and to keep  advancing my massage techniques.

When I’m not at work I’m at the lake, running, reading or enjoying time with my friends, family and dog! To book Esthetic appointments CLICK HERE

Amanda Demers, LMT

Originally was born in Nashua, NH but grew up in FL and moved back here in 2019.I graduated from Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in 2018 and has been an LMT ever since.
I would say my massage style is a mix between relaxation and therapeutic. I personalize each massage I do based on my client’s needs and goals. My main passion is making my clients feel better than they did when they walked through the door.
When I’m not working, I am either knee deep in a book, playing with my cat or at the beach/lake!

Lou Schuller LMT

Whether your need is for pain relief, stress reduction or regular health maintenance, Lou is here to help you feel better and more balanced in your everyday life. The type of massage you receive is determined by a number of factors including your general health, specific conditions, or even the mood you’re in that day. Lou loves blending a wide range of modalities to help you in your present condition.

Having graduated in 1998 from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, she brings 25 years of experience. Lou is deeply committed to her work and values every person who comes for a massage. She listens carefully to what people have to say and what their bodies are telling her. Then she lets that information guide her hands to produce the desired effects of a highly satisfying massage experience. In addition to massage, she is passionate about growing food in her “edible yard” and playing with her grandsons. In between planting crops or flowers, Lou hosts guests in my yome (part yurt, part dome). It’s a lovely set up for finding balance and pleasure in both work and play.

Kristin Ingold LMT

From the day I took my first Reiki course in 2002, I knew my calling was to practice the healing arts. I love helping people feel good! It is so important to be heard, seen and held in a safe space; for our bodies and minds to feel ease and calm.

My intention is to provide clients with the opportunity to slow down and reset; to help cultivate inner peace and acceptance of what’s showing up in the present moment. Through all my training in body and energy work, I have found Craniosacral Therapy to be the most profound way for me to serve these goals. Along the way, my incredible teachers have guided me to trust myself, be deeply present, and to honor the power of healing touch as vital to our well-being. I also lead community song circles, am a co-founder of Warner Public Market and love working in my garden!
